Requesting help for special assistance

  • If you want to reserve a wheelchair, please contact us through Chat to choose from the below options: You can walk short distances, but you cannot climb steps; you do not need a wheelchair, or you use it only for long trips but can climb stairs; and you require assistance to move around in the aircraft cabin. 
  • Before checking in, please make sure your special assistance request has been processed. You will receive a confirmation message to your inbox.
  • The carrier may request medical documentation related to the customer’s condition for any special assistance prior to the first scheduled flight. Even though guaranteed by law, physical space limitations may even require special arrangements to be reconfirmed with the carrier at least 48 hours prior to the first scheduled flight. Therefore, to prevent the inconvenience of being rescheduled, we recommend confirming your arrangements with the carrier so you’re ready for the trip.
