- The carrier may request medical documentation related to the customer’s condition for any special assistance prior to the first scheduled flight. Even though guaranteed by law, physical space limitations may even require special arrangements to be reconfirmed with the carrier at least 48 hours prior to the first scheduled flight. Therefore, to prevent the inconvenience of being rescheduled, we recommend confirming your arrangements with the carrier so you’re ready for the trip.
